My problem is with an unloaded magazine in the gun if I pull the slide all the way to open locked position I can't close slide. It won't release by pushing the slide stop lever or pulling back a little more on the slide and releasing.

They are known to have this issue. You need to file the right screw down a few mm until it no longer screws onto your extractor spring pin. I literally went to an armorer today for this exact issue. EPS Carry on a brand new G43x. They took the gun apart, took off the optic, filed down the screw, and reassembled.

Today, after cleaning my G43X, I routinely tested the firing pin, as per spec. To test, one pushes down the firing pin safety with one's finger and lightly shakes the slide front to rear. The firing pin should easily move back and force and protrude through the hole in the breach face for 1/16th of an inch or so. It did not.

The RMSc also has a rear cutout so that you can co-witness with your regular sights. The Swampfox isn’t setup like that. BlazinPond.
