Unbound can read those 3 lines without the help of pfBlockerNG. In fact, I am experimenting with a TLS encrypted DNS service, without using pfBlockerNG.I had the same issues and found another solution: Sometimes the certificates generated by ubound are not valid (by time/date/etc.).
