Make tangle point above the boss, so you can grapple from any side comfortably for Woven mail buff and grapple+melee combo on ads for orbs. Make sure everyone focuses on stuff spawning on the sides first, those hit hard. You can literally melt the boss with shitty weapons on the first phase [additional Adds spawn in] of the boss since the boss doesn't have any "stages", where he is immune or where he shields himself or whatever. This is the easiest nightfall to do, due to the fact that the Boss is permanently open, and an easy 5 second stun on a heavy hit.
The revamp to Lake of Shadows is terrible. I know it's not a new or unique opinion. It's just so damn tedious and annoying of a strike. Two payload escorts, spam waves, two additional 'bosses', obnoxious threshers, etc. It's not hard just so painfully tedious. The only change I liked is the ending boss mechanic..
