The one I can think of in the hotel zone is called "One" and it's above the Taco Factory in the party center area. Cops will harass and bully you into a fat bribe. Cancun nightlife is always fun, try to find a bar crawl so you already have a group of people to hang with. Unless you're a smooth talker then just go get after it.
